Crisis Management

Our level or preparedness determines our ability to effectively manage a crisis.

All project site employees and office personnel must clearly understand their roles. Immediate and clear communication of a crisis event is essential in mitigating risk.

Crisis practice drills are to be conducted semiannually and at the start of every project. The information contained in this App provides critical immediate response direction in the event of a crisis. The complete Crisis Management Plan located on TKN in the safety section should be fully and carefully reviewed by all Turner employees periodically to ensure they are familiar with all of its contents.
