Turner has partnered with International SOS (ISOS) to support Turner employees traveling abroad. International SOS is a leading medical and travel security service company that provides assistance 24 / 7. If while traveling abroad or before you depart, you have a question regarding medical or security concerns (such as where to find a western doctor or you have a medical or security emergency) you can reach out to ISOS for immediate help.

Call an ISOS Assistance Center (found on the below membership card) for assistance or advice related to these services.

The ISOS Communication Portal website educates employees regarding travel, security, and medical information for their specific country destination. Turner and ISOS emergency contacts are also provided on the portal. This site can be accessed anywhere in the world and translated into 25 languages.

ISOS Assistance App Pocket Guide

The ISOS Assistance Phone App Provides:
  • One click dial to the nearest ISOS Assistance Center worldwide
  • Country Alerts based on the employees location
  • Access to country security, medical and travel information
ISOS Country Travel Security Email Alerts:
  • Turner employees can also sign up for travel, security and medical email alerts for any country they visit. To sign up for the country risk forecast email alerts, go through the Communication Portal in the ISOS webpage. Click on the link “Email Alerts” and follow the steps in selecting the countries you want.

Download the ISOS Assistance Phone App to a smartphone by visiting www.internationalsos.com and type in Turner’s Membership Code 11BYSA000065 in the “Members Login” section. Locate the “Download the Assistance App” link on the right side of webpage and follow the steps to create an individual Username and Password.

Employees can also go directly from their iPhone app store, search for InternationalSOS app and download directly onto the phone.

  1. Prior to Travel
    1. International SOS provides Medical, Security, Travel advice
      1. Communication Portal
        1. Visit www.internationalsos.com
        2. Enter Turner Membership ID: 11BYSA000065
    2. Country Risk Forecast Alerts
      1. Sign up for country-specific email alerts in the Communication Portal
    3. Call an ISOS Assistance Center for pre-travel briefing
    4. Download the ISOS Phone Application
      1. Search “International SOS Assistance App” in the app store
      2. Enter Turner Membership ID: 11BYSA000065
  2. If a Security Concern is identified:
    1. Contact Turner Risk Management at (201) 722-3800 to coordinate security services
  3. During Travel
    1. Monitor country risk ratings and alerts via ISOS
    2. Contact ISOS for security updates
    3. Contact ISOS in the event of an evacuation
    4. Contact security service firm coordinated by Risk Management, if security is required
