• Follow protocols for notifying Federal, state or local environmental agencies

Notify Client and Partners as Necessary

Secure Site

A gatekeeper must control access to the location.

Engage with First Responders

A Turner representative must meet with the emergency responders.

Evaluate the Threat

Decide if it is Necessary to Stop Work and / or Evacuate the Site

The senior Turner person or designee on site should determine if partial or full evacuation or if any work-stoppage is required.

• Conduct a site inspection within 24 hours of a qualifying rain event
• Complete Turner’s EPA Inspection Procedures and Checklist and forward to designated parties
